As a massage therapist, certified yoga teacher and avid age-group triathlete, Jarin knows first hand how difficult it can be to balance an active lifestyle with the rest you need to perform your best and truly believes in the benefits of massage therapy to help with performance and recovery. Although she naturally likes working with athletes, she enjoys working with anyone looking to manage their aches and pains from daily living or who are hoping to keep them from happening in the first place.
Jarin is well trained in orthopaedic assessment and many manual therapies to help treat and prevent a wide-range of injuries and dysfunctions. She has extra training in Cupping and Soft Tissue Release along with additional courses in working with runners. She’s also a huge fan of the good old relaxation massage for those who need it (which is most of us if you ask her!).
