Plantar fasciitis, often referred to more accurately as plantar heel pain or plantar fasciopathy, is one of the most common causes of pain underneath the heel.

It may feel like:

Flat Feet & Overpronation

Some people naturally have flatter arches or feet that roll inward more during walking and standing. This isn't necessarily a problem on its own, but changes in foot mechanics can sometimes contribute to symptoms.
